At Arrows Developmental Support and Pediatric Therapy Services, we’re passionate about helping children grow into who they were created to be. Inspired by Psalm 127:4, our name reflects our belief that every child is an arrow—full of potential, purpose, and strength ready to soar.
Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, seen, and excited to grow—and where families feel supported, understood, and truly part of a community. We believe therapy should be something children look forward to, which is why our sessions are playful, engaging, and rooted in connection and intention.
We offer occupational therapy, developmental play school classes, and parent support designed to meet each child’s unique needs. While our values are faith-inspired, we joyfully welcome families of all beliefs and backgrounds into our care.
Our flexible model allows us to work with children where it matters most—whether that’s in your home, a private school, a community space, or at our beautiful Albuquerque clinic. Through individualized, whole-child support, we partner with families to build strong foundations that lead to meaningful progress—and joyful living.

At Arrows, your child is supported by highly educated, board-certified and licensed practitioners with specialized training in child development, neurodiversity, motor skills, sensory integration, executive functioning, neuroscience, pediatrics, mental health, anatomy, and therapeutic intervention. Annual continuing education is required to maintain licensure, ensuring all practitioners are up to date on the latest research and best practices.
While therapy is extremely fun and play based—we’re highly trained professionals here to support your child’s growth with expertise, care, and intention.
